Kylie Franklin is a stakeholder partner at Hinders, Updegraff & Franklin, P.L.C., representing individuals and families in personal and work injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful‑death matters, as well as guiding clients through wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. She has practiced law in Iowa since 2014 and Illinois since 2017, bringing a dual‑licensed perspective to injury and planning matters that cross state lines.
Kylie has handled a wide variety of cases, including wrongful death, mental health–related injury claims involving depression, anxiety, and post‑traumatic stress disorder, slip‑and‑fall injuries, auto collisions, dog bites, dram shop claims, and premises liability. Her background also includes municipal law and long‑term planning work, which she uses to align personal injury recoveries and estate plans with clients’ broader financial and family goals. Before joining the firm, Kylie was a shareholder at Hopkins Huebner and previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Seventh Judicial District of Iowa.

She has also been involved with Twin Rivers Rotary After Hours, including leadership of its literacy program.
